Cranium Skull
The Ultimate Skull Collection!
The skull of a vertebrate.
What is the cranium skull? Well, it is made up of eight large flat bones, joined together by fixed joints known as sutures. The eight bones that surround the brain are: one frontal bone, two parietal bones, two temporal bones, one occipital bone, one sphenoid bone and one ethmoid bone. These eight bones make up the cranium. In other words, the forehead and the back of the head is the cranium (skull bones).
In addition to enjoying the natural wonder of skulls, a cranium skull collection can be a great addition to your classroom, to your mini-museum displayed in your living room, or in your conversation at your office.
Whether you decide to purchase an animal skull, a cranium skull, or even a human skull, you will take pleasure in displaying and chatting about your lifelike replica artifact.
For me, it started with just one cranium skull, which of course leads to another one. Now I have a collaborative collection of skulls you can imagine. Have I purchased every skull on my site? Well, not quite. I am in the process of turning my den into a mini-library museum. By the time I complete it, I plan to have every single skull in my home.
