How to handle returns.
We are not responsible for loss of merchandise or merchandise damaged in transit. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made to the carrier promptly and the complete package retained for inspection. Call first.

No hassle return policy?
If not satisfied, simply return items within 30 days in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not participate in this practice.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Please read Shipping Page on International Orders. Also, special freight rates apply for overseas customers. Please contact us for a freight rate quote. Note: Please give us the item number and quanity amount with a US address.

How long before I receive my order?
Depending on inventory we try to ship every order within 2-3 days but we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for your order.
